Cancellation Policy

A twenty-four hour advance notice is required for a cancellation or to reschedule. Couples and duo reservations require a credit card; cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows will be charged a 50% service fee.

General Guidelines

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please arrive 10 min prior to your appointment.
  • Should you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to allow time for the following appointed session.
  • Please notify practitioner of any health conditions or surgeries as it may affect the type of treatment you choose.
